Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Lets say you are in State College, have kids, and need a quick cheap meal to take home. This is the place. Especially if you don't want to deal with the downtown crap on your way. Quick hot and ready pizza. It is a great value. Obviously not exactly gourmet and there are many better pies in State College. Always good service and deals. Great location.

Little Ceasars used to sell great pizza in the 90s. But in the 2000s, they really went downhill. Even then this location in State College used to be pretty good, 3-star worthy in 2010. Now in 2014 it's a dump. Cranky, rude staff, probably way underpaid, with one larger woman who couldn't charm her way out of a paper bag. Otherwise, just poor excuses for pizza. Worth like $2 in pizza and $3 in antacids to finish it. Luke-warm "hot-n-ready" pizza, thinner and thinner crust, less and less cheese, and more and more expensive over time. On a previous visit I put in a formal complaint to corporate in October of 2014. No apology, no contact, nothing. At the end of November 2014, I decided to send a PM to their Facebook Page people. I received a call soon after from someone from corporate. They were appalled that no one replied to me from this location, but didn't suggest any course of action to communicate with this location to complain. They sent me a $10 gift card. That's nice, but I really want to see this location change for the better by getting corporate to light a fire under their *$#^$#*. But apparently, that's just not going to happen. So in the end, horrid location, corporate unable to help them improve, but corporate was very kind to me. I'd just like to see a Little Ceasars in State College that is up to par with the rest of the US. In the mean time, avoid this place.

I've eaten here a lot and the food quality is fine for the price and I have no complaints on the food itself. In fact, pizza in State College is not very good all-around (or good, but way too expensive) and L.C.'s actually makes my top three list of pizza joints in town. I do have a problem, however, with the service. I called and placed an order for 3 pizzas and italian cheese bread and was told they were going right in the oven and it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived to the shop within 10 minutes, proceeded to wait behind 6 other customers who placed orders while I was standing in there waiting for my food to come up. I watched every single one of the other customers walk out with pizzas that were coming out of the oven and could have been used to fill my order. I waited in the store for almost 30 minutes before I finally got the food that I had called ahead to order (40 minutes total from my call--and it takes just about 5 minutes for food to go through that oven). That's pretty ridiculous when the Little Caesar's "promise" taped on the side of their warming oven is to serve a hot and delicious pizza to every customer within 30 seconds, every time. I realize that it was after 8pm and they stop doing Hot-N-Ready food after 8, but that's why I called ahead. The lady claimed they were short-staffed and apologized for the wait, but when I stand there and watch enough food to make up double of my exact order go out the door, and stood there while it was ordered by the other customers and placed into the oven, I find it hard to believe that the number of workers was the problem.

Decent $5 takeout pizza. Nothing fancy, but can't beat the price if you're in the area. No need to wait (really convenient), they are ready as you come in.
